Tour Qualification Requirements:
Married, co-habitating couples both must be at least 21 years of age with a combined annual income greater than $50,000. Single individuals are permitted to attend.
If a generated Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners and spouses must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour. Guests can only check in on a Sunday or Monday.
For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. (no debit cards) Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
Can not have toured a VSA Resort in the past 12 months
Cannot be a current member of VSA Resorts.
Must be U.S. residents and be able to speak & understand English.
No quinnellas. A quinnella is 2 or more families traveling together.
Guests are housed at the Quality Inn.
No Tues, Wed or Thur check ins.
Reservations cannot be made less than 7 business days prior to requested arrival date. Room rates from $45.00 to $75.00 per night depending on season.
Guest will pay an incidentals over the basic room cost such as, but not limited to, room tax, phone calls, meals, key deposit, roll-a-way beds and transportation.
