Terms & Conditions
This promotion is being used for the solicitation of timeshare. A presentation of 90 to 120 minutes will be required. If Married couples, co-habitating couples or single women, must be between the ages of 25 and 68. If a Tour is married or has a significant other, both partners and spouses must be present at the Presentation to be Qualified and together will be considered one Qualified Tour.
Guest must have a combined annual household income of at least $50,000 US.
For identification purposes, each Qualified Tour must possess, and present at the Presentation, a valid driver’s license and a major credit card (no major debit cards). Co-habs must show matching address ID (must prove live together.)
Guest cannot have toured Frenchman Orleans in the past 13 months or any Festiva resort in the past 6 months.
All parties must be U.S. Citizens and be able to speak & understand English.
No group travel or multiple package use is permitted.
Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days prior to requested arrival date.
